A stand-alone holistic consultation (up to 90 mins) to help you eat, exercise and live optimally. Drawing from Ayurveda (traditional Indian medicine), exercise science and plant based approaches, you will be guided on compatible foods/herbs, the best fitness and yoga/mindfulness practices to follow and nourishing self-care routines to support your lifestyle.


It is recommended that you book in for a consultation before undertaking a yoga therapy session. The practice can then be tailored for your personal self-care and integrate work to support any chronic health conditions you may wish to address (with consent from a medical professional).
